Kelly Andrew is right about the fast pace of today's job market shifts, but that's just all the more reason for schools to be flexible. Not everyone plans further study after high school, and we need education systems that can quickly adapt and prepare students directly for the modern workforce. Otherwise, we risk being underprepared for future job demands.
